We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to join our Omaha team. In this leadership role, you’ll manage all on‑site construction activities, guide field teams, uphold safety and quality standards, and ensure each project is completed on time and within budget.

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial projects ranging from $5M–$50M+
• Lead and mentor field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project schedules
• Coordinate self-performed work and manage equipment logistics
• Enforce quality control, safety procedures, and compliance standards
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, and project partners

• 5+ years of superintendent experience on mid- to large-scale commercial projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to interpret drawings, manage schedules, and drive results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  Procore or scheduling tools a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• A degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus—but experience and leadership count most
