Job Overview
A full‑time construction laborer will typically work Monday‑Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (hours may vary based on job site and seasonal adjustments), with required weekend shifts. Duties include working on various roof types (EPDM, TPO, modified, slate, tile, shingles). Reports directly to the foreman. Must follow company safety policies and procedures. On‑job training is provided.
What We're Looking For
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent - Licensing:
Valid Driver’s License or State - Experience:
One or more years as a construction laborer and a desire to learn a trade - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Effective verbal and written communication; ability to perform the physical demands of the job; ability to work independently and in a group; and ability to follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions. - Candidate will be required to pass a post‑offer pre‑employment criminal background check and drug test.
