- $50k-$120k compensation based on experience
- Lead and manage the punch-out crew during the final phases of construction.
- Conduct detailed inspections of units and common areas across multiple levels of the project.
- Identify and document construction deficiencies or incomplete work.
- Review work performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors to address and resolve any issues.
- Ensure corrective actions are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the site superintendent, project manager, and quality control team.
- Maintain clear documentation and progress updates.
- Prioritize and coordinate punch list items across various trades.
- Enforce safety and cleanliness standards on site.
- 5+ years of experience in residential or multi-family construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or punch-out role.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and architectural specifications.
- Proven ability to identify defects and quality issues.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
