Asphalt/Paving Maintenance Tech – Omaha, NE

We are looking to hire an Asphalt/Paving Maintenance Tech for our National Paving Group at Keeley Companies. Keeley is a career destination with opportunities for advancement and a culture focused on supporting our people.

• Complete repairs onsite for paving clients
• Provide service and customer assistance during site visits
• Perform maintenance work on paving projects
• Create a positive work environment by implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
• Work directly with customers and company team members, representing the company
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Superintendent to assess project needs
• Represent the company to clients, resolve customer concerns, and meet expectations with independent discretion and judgment
• Maintain quality work in a timely manner and enforce company quality standards
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety requirements
• Complete daily safety assessments and inspections
• Perform general duties associated with asphalt paving, patching, or prep crews

• Entry level available, but 1-3 years of asphalt or paving experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel 3-4 days per week
• Valid driver's license required
