• Assign accurate HTS classifications using regulatory guidelines and rulings
• Validate admissibility requirements and screen for AD/CVD exposure
• Conduct structured research on tariff updates and regulatory changes
• Review product information to ensure accurate classification
• Identify agency-specific risks or restrictions related to product classifications

• Strong understanding of HTSUS and Canada HS structure
• Skilled in identifying product nuances affecting classification and admissibility
• Familiarity with PGA requirements and agency-specific risks
• Ability to conduct structured tariff and regulatory research
• High attention to detail when reviewing product descriptions and specifications

• Experience in trade compliance or a related field
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations and logistics
• Previous work in regulatory research or compliance roles
• Familiarity with international trade regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
