Account Services Manager

The Account Services Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Applied Underwriters’ customers and independent insurance agents, with the ultimate goal of building strong relationships and retaining customers year after year.

This role serves as a primary point of contact for a large portfolio of accounts and plays a key role in resolving inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
