Operations

Reports to:

VP Operations Supervises: TBDVIVID Clear Rx is looking for a proposal coordinator to manage RFP/RFI intake, coordinate cross-function input from subject matter experts and deliver seamless proposal execution. This position will help to prepare the proposal schedule, perform research, organize content and create and orchestrate bids for submission.

Primary Duties:
* Manage proposal intake and workflows
* Oversee inbound and outbound communication to ensure on-time delivery of proposal
* Review and edit content for accuracy
* Responsible for CRM platform that holds all client activity, client contact information pipeline and all initiatives that hold a timeline for response action
* Track of new products, as well as emerging trends that can assist in company growth
* Recommend product improvements based on client services feedback

Required Qualifications:

* HIPAA trained and/or the ability to work with and protect extremely confidential patient and employee information
* Some travel to support client events

Educational Requirements:

* College Bachelor's degree preferred
* Driver’s License in good standing

Physical Requirements:

* In an 8 hour day the employee may be asked to lift/carry 20 lbs.
* In an 8 hour day the employee may stand/walk approximately 1 hour
* In an 8 hour day the employee sits approximately 7 hours
