Job Description Summary

The NA Large Enterprise VAS & Payouts Specialist serves as an extension of the North America Large Enterprise sales team, focused on driving adoption and revenue growth of Pay Pal's Value-Added Services (VAS) and Payouts solutions. This role partners closely with Account Managers to identify, shape, and advance product-specific opportunities within assigned verticals. Acting as a subject matter expert, the Specialist leads merchant conversations, positions differentiated value, and coordinates solutioning resources to accelerate deal closure and ensure seamless handoff to implementation.

Success in this role is measured by revenue contribution within assigned verticals and the expansion of Pay Pal's VAS and Payouts footprint across the NA Large Enterprise portfolio.

Job Description Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead functional projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business trends.
  • Identify issues and recommend best practices to improve processes.
  • Partner with various teams to analyze and understand business trends.
  • Contribute to business or process improvements within the function.
  • Develop strategies to enhance product sales and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications Sales Extension & Revenue Growth
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify, develop, and close VAS and Payouts opportunities within assigned verticals.
  • Drive adoption of Risk as a Service (RAS), including fraud protection, chargeback management, dispute solutions, and optimized routing.
  • Lead Payouts strategy discussions, with emphasis on Hyperwallet for complex disbursement use cases (e.g., education, gig economy, marketplaces).
