We’re actively seeking a talented Sales Process Lead to join our Sales Process Optimization Fusion Team. This hybrid role works from either Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE.
How you’ll help move us forward- Act as business lead on multiple key initiatives of the team
- Drive daily interaction and execution
- Be the first point of contact with business partners and stakeholders
- Day‑to‑day vision communication and make tactical go/no‑go decisions
- Gather feedback from stakeholders while continuing to monitor progress to provide the best possible user experience
- 8+ years distribution experience in the financial services space with a focus on annuity/life third‑party distribution
- 4‑year college degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Self‑driven with the ability to work independently
- Ability to drive accountability and lead projects
- Customer oriented
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Annuity and/or Life Products
- Salesforce
- Seismic

Base Pay Range$ - $
