We are seeking a Business Process Specialist to develop and maintain business process design, documentation, and implementation for all lending, insurance products, and cash management services. The role involves collaborating with Risk Management and Legal teams to ensure processes mitigate risks, facilitating communication among teams, and influencing process innovation by evaluating industry best practices.

• Develop and maintain process documentation for lending, insurance, and financial services.
• Collaborate with business leads and support teams to implement new or refined processes.
• Evaluate and incorporate industry best practices to foster process innovation.
• Facilitate meetings to identify root causes of inefficiencies and brainstorm solutions.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address challenges.

Travel to Omaha 2-3 days per month for teammates outside Omaha.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

4-6 years of experience in Continuous Process Improvement, business process development, or related fields. Experience with Farm Credit System, credit policies, and technical writing is preferred.
