Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the demand management cycle within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to enhance cross-functional communication and support business KPIs
- Own the forecast compilation process for short-term and long-term demand plans
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment
- Experience managing a high-SKU environment with hundreds of SKUs or equivalent complexity
