Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Benefits Consultant role located in Omaha, NE. The Benefits Consultant will work with businesses to design and implement personalized benefit solutions, focusing on educating employees about their insurance and coverage options. Key responsibilities include consulting with clients to assess their needs, managing benefit programs, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience. Regular follow-up, administrative duties, and collaboration with internal teams are also integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits management
• Experience in Consulting and developing customized solutions for clients
• Knowledge of Insurance and related processes
• Exceptional Customer Service and communication abilities
• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Omaha, NE, and engage with clients in-person
• Background or familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in employee benefits is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred
