Edward's Stone is seeking a hands-on and dependable Project Supervisor to join our team in Omaha. This on-site role involves working directly at job sites to oversee project execution, manage timelines, and ensure the highest quality and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the transportation and organization of materials and equipment to job sites.
• Operate and oversee the use of tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safe handling.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed, conducting regular inspections to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
• Oversee and track job progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Take proactive ownership of tasks, working independently when required.
• Foster strong client relationships by addressing their needs and providing clear, consistent project updates.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working on-site, outdoors, and in a variety of weather conditions.
• 2+ years of construction experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions on-site.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 75-100 lbs continuously in all-weather environments.
• Availability for a 50+ hour work week, primarily Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays.
• Punctual with consistent attendance and a valid driver’s license required.
