Hotel:
Omaha Embassy Suites, 555 South 10th St, Omaha, NE 68102. Part-time. Compensation Range: $19.00

Job Description

What You Will Do:
  • Lead, train, and schedule AV techs to ensure flawless event support—because every good show starts backstage.
  • Set up, operate, and break down AV equipment for meetings and events (no tangled cables on your watch).
  • Track inventory, manage equipment maintenance, and help keep everything from microphones to projectors in top form.
  • Collaborate with banquet teams, vendors, and clients to bring Banquet Event Orders to life.
  • Coach and hold your team accountable—AV success is a team sport!
What We Are Looking For :
  • 6+ months of AV experience required – You’ve got hands‑on know‑how and aren’t afraid of cables.
  • 2+ years of AV or banquet experience and leadership background (preferred) – Shows you're ready to lead from the front of house or back.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred – Your education helps you bring structure to the tech.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills – To keep your tracking and scheduling as polished as your events.
  • Experience with Delphi software (preferred) – Knowing the tools of the hospitality trade is a bonus.
