Bianchi Candle Brands is currently seeking a Sourcing Assistant to join our team, contributing to our mission of lighting the way to a cleaner world. The Sourcing Assistant will use their in‑depth knowledge of the products and services offered by Bianchi Candle Brands, their customer support skills, and client retention techniques to ensure client satisfaction.

This position is full‑time Monday – Friday 8a-5p and in‑person, located in our facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Weekend/travel work could be a possibility.

• All duties assigned by the Strategic Project Coordinator
• Sourcing strategy development.
• RFP/RFI
• Contract negotiation
• Supplier relationship management.
• Quality control.
• Risk management.
• Market trend analysis (CPG).
• Work directly with marketing, sales, and manufacturing.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Market knowledge (CPG).
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Experience in the product industry is a plus.
