Role OverviewReporting to the West Director of Sales
, the Division Sales Manager leads a team of municipal and industrial front‑line sellers and inside sellers. The role drives performance accountability, manages and measures performance using KPIs, and implements countermeasures. It is part of the Commercial Sales Team in North America and is remote
, with a preferred location in Kansas, Oklahoma, Western Missouri, Arkansas, Nebraska, Western Iowa, or Northern Texas
. The Division Sales Manager typically travels 75% of the time within the territory with the sellers.
- Measuring performance against critical KPIs within the division.
- Traveling with sellers to coach and develop both skills and opportunity with customers.
- Translating strategic objectives within the West and greater NA}? sales org into tactical actions for the sellers.
- Forecasting sales performance and maintaining funnel review rigor throughout the periods.
- Problem‑solving and linking resources within the organization to the sellers who taj nob葡 HI require them.
- Provide leadership and direction to front‑line and inside sellers.
- Use performance‑management tools to ensure top talent is deployed to maximize customer‑facing activities.
- Develop performance‑improvement plans and manage KPI management.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers and support their travel schedules.
- Implement data‑driven sales strategies and utilize market analytics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and tactical capability demonstrated through data analytics.
- Proven track record of utilizing collaborative selling techniques for sales growth.
- Experience building engagement across in‑person and virtual sales teams, recruiting and retaining top talent.
- Affinity for coaching, mentoring, and proactively finding opportunities for career progression.
- Drive process improvement using VES and strong financial orientation.
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time within the assigned territory.
