If you’re passionate about building relationships, driving occupancy, and leading high-performing sales teams, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. This role requires up to 75% travel within the state of NE, IA, ND, MD.

Salary: $95,000.00/yr - $/yr
What You’ll Do:- Lead weekly sales calls for regional communities, providing guidance, training, and support onsite and virtually.
- Achieve and maintain 95%+ occupancy through innovative marketing, PR, and sales strategies.
- Coach sales teams on building relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources, guiding them through the decision‑making process.
- Collaborate with Executive Directors to solve challenges, drive growth extent, and meet business objectives.
- Support community events, direct mail campaigns, networking efforts, and advertising initiatives.
- Develop KPI‑driven marketing plans and lead targeted initiatives for each community.
- Step in as Interim Senior Living Consultant when needed, managing tours, lead generation, and CRM data.
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new sales team members.
- Maintain close communication with the CEO for strategy development, brainstorming, and ongoing support.
- Proven sales experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate.
- Strong local relationships to drive business growth and achieve goals.
- Management experience with leadership, mentoring, and training skills.
- Solid understanding of , ROI, and budget management.
- Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel extensively within the region and attend occasional evenings or weekend events.
