Operations Workflow Analyst – Operations Data Team

We’re actively seeking a talented Operations Workflow Analyst to join our Operations Data Team in Consumer Markets Division. In this role you will analyze and forecast staffing needs using volume statistics, inquiries, and other trends to schedule resources and optimize workforce efficiency.

• Monitor daily staffing schedules, forecast volume, and schedule necessary resources.
• Prepare reports and analysis to communicate daily workflow to management and staff.
• Implement workflow changes, communicate changes and propose enhancements.
• Real‑time schedule adherence monitoring and intraday adjustments to optimize efficiency.

• 4+ years of related experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required;
  Tableau experience a plus.
• Experience with Tableau, AWS Connect, and Excel (community, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to tailor communications.
• Proven ability to lead peers through influence.

• Experience in workforce management.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of high accuracy.
• Curiosity and drive to learn and connect solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change.

$39.81 – $48.65 per hour (base pay range; actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location).
