MONETIZE YOUR RELATIONSHIPS IN THE PAYMENTS INDUSTRY

Clear Pay Processing is seeking an experienced payments industry professional to expand and manage our nationwide independent sales channel. This role is ideal for someone with deep agent / ISO / ISV relationships who wants meaningful upside, autonomy, and direct access to leadership.

You will recruit, activate, and grow high-quality sales partners while helping them maximize revenue through Clear Pay’s platform and programs.

What You’ll Do
  • Recruit, sign, and develop Agents, ISOs, ISVs, and strategic partners.
  • Activate partners and grow revenue within existing relationships using value‑based selling.
  • Leverage your industry network to drive scalable partner growth.
  • Attend and represent Clear Pay at industry conferences and events.
  • Collaborate directly with Clear Pay leadership on growth strategy.
  • Prospect via phone, email, and social platforms to expand reach.
About Clear Pay

Clear Pay Processing is a 17‑year national provider of payment processing services and a registered ISO of Fiserv and TSYS.

We maintain offices in Southern California and Omaha, NE, with sales teams nationwide.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 3+ years of payments industry experience.
  • Background working with processors, ISOs, or bank card services.
  • Proven success in recruiting and relationship‑driven sales.
  • Strong communication and phone skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a performance‑driven role.

  • High energy, self‑starter mentality.
  • Comfort prospecting and networking both online and in‑person.
  • Experience growing and monetizing partner channels.
