Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to bridge business needs with technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management in complex projects.
Must-Have Skills- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in medium to large-scale projects
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis
- Experience with UML, BPMN, or other process modeling techniques
- Ability to work with stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands‑on experience with tools like Jira / Confluence, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), Task tracking and Requirements management tools
- Exposure to data analysis, SQL, or reporting tools
- Knowledge of process improvement frameworks
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Validate solutions and support user acceptance testing
- Identify process improvement opportunities
The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $100,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
