Service Advisor

$20-$25 per hour | Paid Hourly + Commission

DC Automotive is looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced Service Advisor to join our close-knit team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping customers, and enjoy being the communication bridge between techs and clients, we’d love to talk to you.

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Write accurate repair orders and estimates
• Communicate with technicians to relay diagnostics and service recommendations
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Maintain service schedules and help manage shop flow
• Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish

• Friendly, professional, and passionate about customer service
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
• Able to multitask in a busy environment
• Team player who works well with techs and management
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer in the automotive industry preferred
