Office Clerk

Contract:

0.3+ months (Temp to Engage)

Shift Time: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Mon-Fri

• The candidate must be customer centric and be able to provide exceptional customer service and remain flexible with office support.
• Need to be able to work independently but good within a team environment.
• Daily responsibility will include mailroom support services and hospitality services.
• Candidate will assist with processing incoming mail and packages along with providing customer support within the office services environment.
• The candidate must be able to work within an office support environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

• Customer-centric with ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain flexibility with office support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience or ability to support mailroom and hospitality services.
• Ability to work within an office services environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Business casual attire:
  Black and khaki pants with a black blouse or polo.

The initial interviews with be virtual and then 2nd round will be onsite/in person.
