Responsible for providing assistance in the planning, organization, administering, and monitoring of the day-to-day administration of the Early Intervention Program. Provide highly responsible and specialized secretarial and administrative support to the Director of the Early Intervention Clinic, faculty, and staff.

Education:

High School education or equivalent

Required Experience 5 years

Increasingly responsible administrative support experience.

Required Computer Applications: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook

Required Other Computer Applications: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and One Drive

Required Additional

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Strong computer skills
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
3. Ability to type 60 wpm. 4. Proficient in SAP , Internet, and EPIC .
5. Multitasker
