We are hiring a detail‑driven Administrative Assistant to join our Omaha team. This role coordinates the daily flow of paperwork throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate is someone who truly enjoys keeping a warehouse operation running smoothly behind the scenes and understands how accurate paperwork drives inventory, shipping and customer satisfaction.

This role regularly communicates between warehouse, sales, and administrative staff, as well as vendors, to resolve issues. They are expected to maintain a courteous, professional demeanor while being highly organized as they manage a high volume of documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort, file, photocopy, scan, print and transmit documents by fax or email
  • Investigate and respond to requests for information from accounting and front office staff
  • Check status of material returns and credits with vendors
  • Process cash and credit card sales from counter sales
  • Update records to accurately report receipt and transfer of inventory
  • Respond to requests for material test reports and order tracking
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
Required Skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure work output is free from errors
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive and courteous communicator
  • Ability to prioritize a high‑volume workload and complete tasks by established deadlines

    Basic math skills
  • Follow written and verbal instructions
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Experience with inventory management software preferred
