The Sales & Account Support Specialist provides essential operational, marketing, and administrative support to the CTP Sales and Account Management teams. This role plays a critical part in enabling revenue growth by supporting sales execution, marketing campaigns, conference readiness, client-facing materials, and internal coordination.
The Specialist supports quarterly marketing initiatives, develops and maintains sales collateral, assists with case studies, and ensures high-quality documentation and organization across teams. This role also provides light executive and operational support as needed to ensure efficient workflows and consistent, professional client engagement.

Responsibilities and Duties- Provide direct support to the CTP Sales and Account Management teams to enable efficient sales execution and client engagement.
- Prepare, update, and maintain sales presentations, pricing documents, and approved PowerPoint decks.
- Support client onboarding materials and internal documentation for Account Managers.
- Maintain accurate document repositories and version control within SharePoint.
- Support quarterly marketing campaigns targeting E&&I, UT Supply Chain and TBC audiences.
- Coordinate and distribute approved marketing collateral for sales and account teams.
- Assist with conference and event marketing materials, including booth materials, one-pagers, handouts, presentation decks and follow-up materials.
- Assist in the development, organization, and maintenance of client case studies.
- Operational & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative and organizational support to CTP leadership, including document preparation and follow-up tasks.
- Support scheduling, agenda preparation, and action-item follow-up for internal and cross-functional meetings.
- Assist with proofreading and light editing of internal and external communications.
- Support internal documentation, process improvements, and file management initiatives.
- Assist with coordination and routing of internal reports as directed.
- Provide general administrative and operational support across teams as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

- 2+ years of experience in sales support, account management support, operations, marketing coordination, or administrative roles.
- Experience supporting client‑facing teams in a fast‑paced environment preferred.
- Experience formatting professional documents, presentations, or branded materials is helpful.
- Exposure to marketing campaigns, conferences, or case‑study development is beneficial.
- Proficiency with SharePoint or document management systems.
- Ability to format polished, professional sales and marketing materials.
- Familiarity with basic design or layout tools (e.g., Canva) preferred.
- Strong organizational, version‑control, and documentation practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional communication skills with all levels of the organization, including leadership.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively identify process improvements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
