About the Role:
CRDN is seeking an Invoice Specialist to join our Revenue Acceleration Team. This position is responsible for creating, reviewing, and submitting accurate invoices for restoration projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate clearly with both internal team members and insurance representatives. Your work ensures timely, accurate billing that supports company profitability and customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities- Invoicing & Billing Management – Generate precise invoices for various jobs (textiles, art, electronics, contents, and Time & Materials commercial work). Ensure all estimates, final invoices, and supplementary invoices are updated and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
- Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Liaison – Manage submission of necessary documentation to TPAs and swiftly handle any rejected invoices for correction and resubmission. Ensure all program job milestones are met and documented appropriately.
- Data & System Management – Perform daily data imports from FSA to RN to maintain up-to-date job records. Update the Job Tracker in daily to provide real-time status visibility. Refine and maintain effective methods for overall job management and paperwork control. Conduct detailed comparisons of textile job data against original estimates to ensure billing accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
- Experience with data entry, document tracking, or administrative coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with insurance carriers, adjusters, or restoration programs.
- Familiarity with Xactimate pricing or restoration industry billing standards.
- Background in restoration, construction, or property claims is a plus.
