- Coordinate calendars and organize meetings for a team of busy leaders.
- Order office supplies and groceries.
- Facilitate communication between customers, clients, and internal team members.
- Direct phone calls to the appropriate party.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents for managers and leaders.
- Organize and maintain both an electronic and paper filing system.
