This is a full-timerole for a Senior Accountant based in Omaha, NE, with flexibility. The Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, compliance, account reconciliation, and budget preparation. Responsibilities encapsulate analyzing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and supporting the finance team in audits and forecasting activities.
Qualifications- Strong foundation in general accounting principles, including financial reporting, budgeting, and account reconciliation
- Proficiency in financial analysis, auditing, and compliance processes
- Experience with financial systems, ERP software, or accounting software tools
- Attention to detail with advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA certification preferred
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations
- Demonstrated ability to independently and be a positive addition to exisiting company and team culuture.
