Key Responsibilities Add/update project activity in Deltek Vision and prepare invoice packages for Project Managers Review sub-consultant invoices for accuracy and maintain project billing files Support project budgeting, forecasting, and assist in accounts receivable reporting
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred or 1-2+ years of related experience in project accounting Experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry is highly desired Proficient Excel skills are required Knowledge of Deltek Vision software is a plus Client-focused with a commitment to ethical practices and collaboration
