Accounts Payable Staff Accountant

A company is looking for an AP Staff Accountant to manage the full-cycle accounts payable process and support general ledger accounting.

Key Responsibilities Own the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing and vendor payments Prepare and post journal entries, and support month-end and year-end close activities Assist with annual audits by preparing schedules and documentation, and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong experience with accounts payable and general ledger accounting Hands-on experience using Net Suite, Airbase, and/or BILL, and Excel Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
