Schedule: Full-time; flexible; increased hours during Tax Season

About the RoleAs an Experienced Tax Preparer, you’ll handle advanced and complex tax scenarios, provide guidance to clients, and help ensure accuracy and compliance across all returns. You’ll work with a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional service — and to living our mission of having fun and improving lives.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities
- Stay current with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Provide clear, professional explanations of tax matters to clients
- Identify tax credits, deductions, liabilities, and planning opportunities
- Assist clients with IRS audits, tax planning, and financial strategies
- Deliver outstanding client service that builds long‑term relationships
- Minimum 5+ years of tax preparation experience
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations
- High degree of accuracy and analytical skill
- Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience with tax software (e.g., Drake Tax preferred)
