LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Accountant for a company in Omaha, NE. This role will be responsible for accounting functions and production of financial reports for a portfolio of properties. • Maintain cash balances in accordance with client requirements and prepare transfer and funding requests.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts with supporting schedules monthly.
• Ensure monthly recurring mortgage, insurance, and miscellaneous payments are approved and processed.
• Lead and coordinate the annual budget process.
• Provide tax accountants requested financial reports along with supporting documentation.

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years equivalent accounting work experience.
• Property management experience and Yardi experience a plus.

• Great customer service mindset and enjoys being client facing.
• Organized and able to prioritize.
• Conflict resolution seeker with ability to maintain confidentiality.

Full Time, Direct Hire, Hybrid role post‑training – 3 days in office, 2 days work‑from‑home (days at home employee choice).
