Senior Property Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Accountant for company in Omaha, Ne. This role will be responsible for accounting functions and production of financial reports for a portfolio of properties. This direct hire, hybrid role joins a team that prides themselves with great in office culture and flexibility. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cash balances in accordance with client requirements and prepare transfer and funding requests.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts with supporting schedules monthly.
  • Ensure monthly recurring mortgage, insurance, and miscellaneous payments are approved and processed.
  • Lead and coordinate the annual budget process.
  • Provide tax accountants requested financial reports along with supporting documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or 3 years equivalent accounting work experience
  • Property management experience and Yardi experience a Plus!
