The Controller is determined to hire “strength” into this position due to the technical / dynamic / and complex nature of the role and their desire to hire a high caliber employee who can grow alongside with the company.

• Financial accounting and reporting on a monthly, quarterly basis while also working independently on ad hoc complex projects, giving you breadth and challenge
• Research accounting treatment for acquisitions and other corporate actions - extra technical work will be uncommon, but a healthy dose to ensure you’re staying up to date on accounting treatment for unique business transactions
• Work cross functionally with non-accounting teams including M&A, Corporate Finance and Operations
• Learn from experienced, impressive leaders who will allow you the space to figure things out on your own, but provide a safety net when needed
• Grow with the company, upward into key leadership roles or out of accounting into finance, corporate development, operations or sales
