Project Manager Construction/Residential Omagh Up to £60,000  Company Vehicle & Fuel Card Permanent/Full-Time Total Care is working with a well-respected residential developer, delivering high-quality new homes across the province. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of future projects, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their delivery team. This is a hands-on role offering long-term progression, strong project ownership and excellent work-life balance within a supportive regional business.

The Role Full project lifecycle management from pre-start to handover Managing subcontractors and direct labour on site Planning and controlling programmes Ensuring H&S compliance and quality standards Chairing site meetings with consultants and stakeholders Controlling costs, valuations, variations and budgets Coordinating works to drawings and specifications Maintaining strong client and customer relationships

The Person :
