The Role Full project lifecycle management from pre-start to handover Managing subcontractors and direct labour on site Planning and controlling programmes Ensuring H&S compliance and quality standards Chairing site meetings with consultants and stakeholders Controlling costs, valuations, variations and budgets Coordinating works to drawings and specifications Maintaining strong client and customer relationships
The Person :
