The post holder will provide managers and staff with professional, comprehensive and timely HR advice and support on a range of Medical & Dental Terms and Conditions and Recruitment. The post-holder will work within the Human Resources Directorate to assist in the delivery of quality HR services. This will involve providing advice and support to staff and managers across the Trust on routine Medical HR matters pertaining to the relevant HR Department i.e. Assurance and Governance, Terms and Conditions, Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations.
Responsibilities- Provide advice and support to managers in the interpretation and application of relevant policies and procedures as they relate to Medical Staff and Work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy of pay processing.
- 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language or equivalent or higher educational standard and 2 years administrative/clerical experience or 4 years admin/clerical exp.
