This is a full-time, on-site role located in Olympia, WA, for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across district facilities. Responsibilities include performing troubleshooting, addressing HVAC-related issues, conducting routine preventive maintenance, and adhering to safety regulations. The technician will also collaborate with other facility personnel to ensure a comfortable and safe environment within the district's facilities.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues
• Knowledge of plumbing and preventive maintenance
• Understanding of electricity fundamentals related to HVAC systems
• Certification or experience related to EPA compliance and standards
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and technical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Previous experience in HVAC systems within school facilities is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
