Olympia KIA is rapidly growing and to keep up with our continued growth, we are actively pursuing a Certified KIA Technician to join our Service Department. Working as a Certified KIA Technician, you’ll get to work on the most cutting‑edge technology in the automotive industry. Your responsibilities will primarily focus on diagnosing and repairing line work. The ideal candidate is going to be someone with manufacturer certifications with the ability to complete repair work in a timely manner.

Certified KIA Technician Responsibilities
  • Diagnose automotive problems as they arise.
  • Conduct inspections, repair engine failure, mechanical and electrical systems, and replace parts.
  • Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair/servicing process.
  • Warranty and recall work.
  • Mentor and help other technicians on the Service Team.

Qualifications

1‑3 years of automotive repair/diagnostic experience.

Driver’s License.

Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
