Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points; document observations and report maintenance hazards and/or suspicious activity per post orders;
Monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarm panels, and/or access control notifications; respond to alerts and coordinate next steps with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, medical emergency notifications, and/or coordinating with local responders as directed;
Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and/or shift handoffs; communicate clearly with supervisors and site stakeholders to support consistent security-related operations
