We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Sales Lot Attendant to join our team and support our sales operations.
As a Sales Lot Attendant at Olympia Kia, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle inventory while ensuring our lot is welcoming and ready for customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced dealership environment.
Sales Lot Attendant Responsibilities- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the vehicle lot and showroom
- Park, move, and arrange vehicles to ensure an attractive and efficient display
- Assist with receiving and inspecting new vehicle shipments
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly staged for customer viewings and test drives
- Install dealer tags and assist with vehicle merchandising
- Monitor lot inventory and report any damage or maintenance needs
- Assist the sales team with vehicle retrievals and customer deliveries
- Keep the lot free of debris and maintain a safe, professional environment

- Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
- Previous dealership or lot experience is a plus, but not required
Corporate Hiring Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older, have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
