RN - Case Management

Day shifts available, specifically a 3x12 hour schedule from 07:00 to 19:30.

The Emergency Room Care Manager RN is responsible for overseeing patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting. This role involves coordination of care, discharge planning, and ensuring that standards of patient care are met and adhered to throughout treatment.

• Manage patient care processes in the emergency department
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
• Implement discharge plans and manage transitions of care
• Adhere to policies and protocols to maintain compliance

• A minimum of 2 years of inpatient acute care experience is required
• BLS certification is mandatory
• Current Washington RN license or a Compact license is required
• CCM or ACM certification is preferred
