This position is located at CMBH Olympia;
Family Medicine. Duty location:
Olympia, Washington. Regular work schedule Monday to Friday.

• Perform Comprehensive Telephone and clinical triage and facilitate care coordination through a multidisciplinary approach.
• Triage and screen walk-in patients to assess the severity of patients condition.
• Review patient charts to verify medical history, assess health care needs, and accurately document information in the electronic health record system.
• Educate patients on the proper self administration of prescribed pharmaceutical agents.
• Execute completion of orders from health care providers.
• Prepare and administer medications via oral, subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous routes.
• Monitor patients pre and post procedures and assess patients prior to release from clinic.

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• A Personnel Security Investigation a Tier 1 is required with childcare background check.
• Selectees will be required to sign a statement (Condition of Employment) consenting to seasonal influenza vaccinations or must provide a recognized exemption.
• This position is a Testing Designated Position subject to pre-employment screening and random drug testing. Selectees will be required to consent to participation in random drug urinalysis testing.
• A pre-placement medical examination is required.
• Immunization screening is required. Hepatitis B immunization is required for all positions with direct patient contact. Applicants may be required to show proof of other immunizations depending on the type of position.
• Applicants must be able to fulfill non-privileged professional credential requirements.
• Position requires employee to wear a uniform and/or protective clothing.
• Moderate to heavy lifting up to 40 pounds is required.
• Position is designated as Inclement Weather Essential. The incumbent must make every attempt to report for work on time and/or remain on duty during severe weather conditions.
• Position is designated as Mission Essential. The incumbent will be required to report to work during times of contingency operations, natural disasters, extreme weather or other emergency situations.
