Job Summary: The Site Operations Supervisor II (SOS II) oversees patient flow and operational continuity responsibilities in the outpatient setting, and models excellent customer service to TRA patients and clinic staff. This position reports to the Outpatient Clinical Services Director and is directly responsible for one or more clinical sites as assigned. The SOS II is tasked with managing staffing, accreditation maintenance, operational budgeting, patient volumes, and the satisfaction of patients, referring physicians, and employees.
The position requires a strong understanding of radiology clinical operations and must be able to ensure efficient and productive daily operations of their assigned site(s) while maintaining a professional environment that promotes trust and healing. The SOS II must have a clear understanding of support staff skill set/competencies and the ability to provide input, feedback, and training, as well as manage performance as necessary.
The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, judgment, problem solving ability, and the ability to maintain confidential information. This position has clerical and clinical staff directly reporting to it. The SOS II is also expected to work and coordinate with the Outpatient Clinical Services Director and other SOSII’s so that, overall, the clinic work flows and patient care are standardized across the organization according to corporate mission and goals.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay: $76,395 - $95,827 per year based on relevant experience, skills, and abilities.

Location: This role will supervise both the Olympia and Lakewood locations, traveling to each site on a regular basis. Learn more about these teams here:
