Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Regency Olympia Rehabilitation & Nursing Center (Regency Pacific Management)

Responsibilities- Train staff and assist the director of nursing
- Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents
- Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self‑care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
- Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
- Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
- Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
- Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations
- Possess a current LPN license in good standing
