Infusion RN
Join Providence as an Infusion RN. The RN Clinician provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or an alternate living site. The role collaborates with patients, caregivers, physicians, other health providers, and payers. It serves as a professional role model, demonstrating competency in all phases of the nursing process, collaborating with other health workers to promote quality patient care, and acting as a resource for home care nursing staff for patients with infusion needs.
ResponsibilitiesThe RN Clinician delivers direct nursing services and case management for infusion therapy in home, clinic, or alternate living sites. Responsibilities include collaborating with patients and caregivers, physicians and other health care providers, and acting as a resource for home care nursing staff regarding infusion home care needs.
Required Qualifications- Education sufficient for licensure
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Proof of driver license and auto insurance required; driving may be part of the role
- 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- Home health or home infusion experience
