Eligibility: This job opportunity is limited to qualified, available workers currently eligible to work in the United States, per federal regulation.

This job involves field‑grown production, harvesting, culture, and care of nursery‑grown products. Exposure includes dust, dirt, heat, cold, fumes, noise, vibration and water. Physical tasks include:

• Lifting, Pulling, Reaching, Manipulating/Grasping, Carrying, Pushing, Shoveling, Bending, Twisting, Climbing, and Squatting.

All tasks listed in this description constitute one job; the employer may assign workers to different tasks on any day or to multiple tasks during the same day. Employees must perform assigned work and may not perform duties not included herein or work in areas not assigned without specific authorization of the manager or supervisor.

Salary: $17.13 per hour.

Period of Employment:
From: 03/19/2026 to 07/05/2026. Employer guarantees employment for the hourly equivalent of 3/4 or 75% of the workdays of the contract. Referrals accepted until 05/12/2025.

• 2 months of previous work experience.
• Must be willing to commit to the entire contract period.

• Be capable, willing and qualified to perform the work.
• Willing to work in extreme temperatures.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
• Willing to make repetitive movements.
• 非pushing and pulling.
• Extensive walking and stooping.
• Must be available to work from the start date through the contract period.
• Must perform all duties within this job description safely, adhering to orchard safety guidelines and procedures.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment, proper clothing and closed‑to toe footwear at all times.

Spanish Work Tasks: Plantar, cultivar, regar y cosechar cultivos, incluidos patatas, coles de Bruselas y cereales.
