Pay: $30-35/Per Hour / Based on Experience

Join Anderson Asset Property Group and be part of something bigger as a Maintenance Technician for a senior housing cooperative. You’ll help keep the property safe, clean, and comfortable.

• Respond to maintenance requests with a calm, helpful approach.

• Solid knowledge of home repair, systems, and safety practices.

• SAFETY FIRST — Maintain safe work areas that are free of hazards
• Provide prompt response and follow up to all member maintenance requests
• Use systems-based software to track and maintain a record of progress on maintenance requests
• Precision attention to detail and organization towards site specific maintenance plan
• Develop and maintain an efficient preventive maintenance schedule for a variety of Cooperative equipment and systems (Example: HVAC equipment, smoke and CO detectors)
• Complete weekly inspections of the common areas and equipment, annual building inspections
• Remove and dispose of trash and recycling according to the community's recycling programs
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and reorder as needed by talking to your Direct Supervisor
• Other duties, as assigned by AAPG

• Available to respond to Emergency/After-Hour Calls; on occasion
• Assist with shoveling snow or applying ice melt in main walkways
• Rotation of dumpsters or removal of trash, debris, and other recycling
