The Torts Division represents all state agencies involved in tort lawsuits and claims. Attorneys in this division develop subject matter expertise in wide-ranging, diverse areas of law including employment law, civil rights, highway design, and complex child abuse matters. - Competitive salary set within the given salary range ($82,212 - $153,996). Salaries are set in accordance with Appendix B of the AWAAG CBA schedule set forth below.
- Longevity pay of 5% premium on top of base wages after 5 years with the Attorney General’s Office.
