The Proposal Manager will lead and coordinate the complete lifecycle of government proposal submissions at various levels. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals. Candidates should have technical insight or mission-related experience to effectively convey the company's unique capabilities and value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end proposal processes, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
• Lead multiple proposal efforts across a variety of government solicitations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS, GSA, GWACs).
• Identify strategic government opportunities aligned with business goals.
• Develop deep knowledge of offerings to independently create content for proposals.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Manage collaborations with partners and subcontractors.
• Enhance proposal development processes and competitiveness.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of experience with government proposals.
• Extensive knowledge of government procurement processes, contract vehicles (RFP, RFI, RFQ, SBIR/STTR, IDIQ, GWAC, BAA, OTA, CRADA), and regulatory frameworks (FAR, DFARS).
• Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple proposal submissions and consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
