Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program:

Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

- Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures, Cardiac Stent Placement, Impella insertion, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Rotablader athrectomy, Temporary Pacemaker, Electrophysiology Studies, Cardioversion, Insertion/Programming of AICDs, Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure, Pacemaker Insertion, Tilt Table Study, Procedural Responsibilities, Accurate monitoring, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Neurological Studies/Procedures, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Additional Skills
Preferred Skills/Experience: Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Watchman, Arrhythmia Induction, Baseline Measurements, Cardiac Ablation, Cardiac Mapping, Conduction Studies, Electrophysiology Evaluation, Perform EKG lead placement, Coil Embolization
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Shift & Scheduling: On-Call Required
5 days maximum time off
2 references from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification (R) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT))
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
